The Elks Run Watershed Group is developing this conservation video series of best management practices that homeowners can simply and affordably apply around their homes and land. There are programs and incentives available to help cover the cost. Simply Contact Suzy Campbell, Conservation Specialist for the Eastern Panhandle Conservation District and the West Virginia Conservation Agency.
