It was a blustery day at the Panhandle Earthday Celebration, but the area watershed groups were well-represented. Instrumental to the formation of the Elks Run Watershed Group, Suzy Lucas of the West Virginia Conservation Agency is featured in this Downstream newsreel video walking kids through the Enviroscape, where they learn about how to create green, sustainable communities.
